The Office of the Strategic Government Relations Adviser supports Petrolland Oil and Gas Opu Akaha Limited in building constructive relationships with government institutions, industry stakeholders, host communities and strategic partners while promoting responsible development and sustainable investment.

The Office contributes to strengthening cooperation between public institutions and the private sector in support of economic growth, local content, environmental responsibility and community development across Bayelsa State and the Niger Delta region.

About Senator Benson Sunday Agadaga

Senator Benson Sunday Agadaga serves as the Senator representing Bayelsa East Senatorial District in the National Assembly. In addition to his public office, he serves in his appointed capacity as Strategic Government Relations Adviser to Petrolland Oil and Gas Opu Akaha Limited, supporting the Company’s engagement with stakeholders and promoting cooperation that advances responsible investment and sustainable development.

Through this role, the Office seeks to strengthen relationships with government institutions, encourage public-private collaboration, support host community engagement, and contribute to initiatives that promote responsible energy development throughout Bayelsa State and the Niger Delta region.
