The Office serves as a strategic federal liaison dedicated to strengthening cooperation between the Federal Government of Nigeria, Akassa Local Government Area, the Nigerian Diaspora, development institutions, humanitarian organizations, international partners and the private sector.

Under the leadership of H.E. HRH Daniel Lincoln, the Office promotes national development priorities, facilitates intergovernmental collaboration, supports investment initiatives, coordinates international partnerships and advances sustainable development programmes benefiting Akassa Local Government Area and surrounding communities.

About the Federal Ministry Representative

H.E. HRH Daniel Lincoln serves as the Federal Ministry Representative, providing strategic engagement between Federal Government institutions and Akassa Local Government Area. The Office works across government, international organisations, the Nigerian diaspora, humanitarian agencies and private-sector stakeholders to facilitate programmes that promote economic development, institutional capacity, healthcare, education, environmental sustainability, investment and innovation.

The Office complements the work of the Executive Chairman of Akassa Local Government Area by fostering federal-level cooperation and encouraging strategic partnerships that support long-term community development.

Through strategic engagement, the Office encourages international collaboration that contributes to economic growth, technology transfer, capacity building, healthcare, education, environmental sustainability and community development.

Working with Akassa Local Government

The Office of the Federal Ministry Representative works in cooperation with the Office of the Executive Chairman of Akassa Local Government Area to facilitate communication between federal institutions and local government authorities, encourage strategic partnerships, and support initiatives that improve the lives of residents through sustainable development and effective governance.
